Eligible Return & Replacement Cases

A replacement request may be approved only in the following situations:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is physically broken when received.
  • The product is not working as intended upon first use.
  • The wrong product was delivered by TechTouch.

To process any claim, customers must provide valid evidence as described below.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for a replacement claim, customers must record a complete unboxing video that meets all of the following conditions:

  • The video must start before opening the courier package.
  • The package label must be clearly visible.
  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded continuously.
  • The product must be tested within the same video.
  • The video must be recorded in a single shot.
  • No cuts, edits, pauses, transitions, or interruptions are allowed.

This video serves as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement consideration.

Claims That Cannot Be Accepted

TechTouch cannot process replacement requests in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The video contains cuts, edits, or interruptions.
  • The claim is made after the product has been used extensively.
  • Physical damage caused by misuse, mishandling, dropping, water exposure, or improper installation.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Compatibility issues where the customer ordered the wrong product.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

Replacement Process

If your claim meets the requirements outlined in this policy:

  1. Contact our support team through WhatsApp or email.
  2. Share your order details.
  3. Submit the complete unboxing video.
  4. Our team will review the claim.
  5. If approved, a replacement unit will be arranged.

The approval process may take a few business days depending on the nature of the claim.

Refund Policy

TechTouch does not generally offer refunds for products purchased through our website.

Approved product issues are resolved through replacement rather than monetary refunds.

Customers are encouraged to review product specifications and compatibility details before placing an order.
